About

I build companies.
Now yours.

My name is Lukas Munker. I founded my first company in 2017, have built several since and sold one. That experience goes into every system Blacklynx builds for mid-sized companies.

How I work

I do not sell anything I would not use myself.

I studied business informatics and have been writing code since university. That is why in projects I do not just talk about technology, but can judge what it costs, what it delivers and where it reaches its limits.

Much of what Blacklynx builds for clients today, I first needed in my own company: a shop that sells without me. Processes that keep running when nobody is watching. That is how I know which automation pays off and which only looks like progress.

If I believe a project will not help you, I say so in the intro call. In the long run that is cheaper for both sides.

The road here

Eight years, one direction.

  1. 2017

    The beginning

I founded my first e-commerce company alongside my studies. Developing products, marketing them, selling them. With my own money and my own risk. This is where I learned how a business really works.

  2. 2019

    From selling to building

Other founders started asking how I did it. Those answers turned into a business: consulting and websites that do not just look good but sell.

  3. 2020

    Platforms instead of websites

The step from website to system. I built online platforms for retail, then for the insurance industry. Software that takes over work rather than just displaying it.

  4. 2023

    Manufacturing, automotive, real estate

Projects in the automotive industry, in industrial manufacturing and in real estate. More than 2.5 million euros in revenue now run through the shop systems we built.

  5. Today

    Digitalisation, thought through

Blacklynx builds web systems, automates process chains and develops AI agents. Always with the same standard: measurably less manual work at the end.

An example from my own business

Candlery: built, taken to number one, sold.

Candlery was my own brand: Amazon bestseller number one in its category for more than two years, with press in Architectural Digest and Glamour. In the end I sold it.

I mention it not because it is a nice story, but because I built the systems that kept the business running. That experience is the difference between someone who sells software and someone who knows what they are talking about.

Let's get to know each other.

A 30 minute intro call, free and without obligation. You tell me where things get stuck. I tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
