01 What does a website cost at Blacklynx?
The website subscription starts at €99 per month including hosting, maintenance and a new design every 24 months. Custom websites start at €1,999 one-time. For automation and AI agents you receive a fixed-price offer after the process check, with the savings clearly stated.
02 What is the difference between a web system and a normal website?
A normal website informs. A web system works: it takes inquiries, creates quotes, writes invoices and hands data to your inventory system. The difference shows up in hours saved, not in appearance.
03 How does working together start?
In three steps: a free 30 minute intro call, then a process check at your company or remotely, then a concrete roadmap with a fixed price. You decide based on numbers, not promises.
04 Does Blacklynx work with our existing ERP system?
Yes. We do not replace your systems, we connect them. Your inventory system, your ERP and your accounting stay in place; from then on data flows between them automatically.
05 What is an AI agent and how is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent completes tasks: it qualifies inquiries, processes documents and triggers follow-up workflows, directly inside your systems. It is measured by the hours it gives back to your team.
06 Are the solutions GDPR compliant?
Yes, from the ground up: hosting in Germany, all fonts and scripts self-hosted, no US trackers, form data stays in the EU. AI agents also work on your data in a GDPR compliant environment.
07 How long does a project take?
A subscription website is online within a few weeks. Web systems and automation depend on scope; you get a realistic schedule in the roadmap before you decide. Automation projects typically deliver first measurable results after four to eight weeks.
08 What happens after launch?
We stay. Following the build-and-run principle we operate, monitor and improve your system continuously, with maintenance, hosting and further development from one source.
09 Who is Blacklynx the right partner for?

10 What contract terms apply to the website subscription?
The subscription packages run for 24 months and include a new design every two years. Custom websites have no contract period; you pay once.
