Blacklynx · EU-ready

Expanding to Europe,
without the surprises.

German rules are the hardest in the EU, and they are where US companies lose money first: consent, hosting, legal notice, returns, invoicing, accessibility. We make your digital operations pass, from Germany, since 2017.

Expanding to Europe

What breaks when US companies enter Europe.

Seven things we fix in almost every audit. None of them is about your product. All of them cost trust, rankings or money.

  1. 01

    Consent that actually blocks

US tag setups fire Google Analytics and Meta before anyone clicks. In Germany that is an abmahnung waiting to happen. We run cookieless analytics and a consent layer that blocks by default.

  2. 02

    Data leaving the EU

US hosting, US CRM, US analytics: every transfer needs a legal basis and a paper trail. We host in Germany and keep the data flows inside the EU.

  3. 03

    The Impressum

Every German-facing site needs a legal notice with a physical address and a responsible person. No Impressum, no trust, and a fine.

  4. 04

    14-day returns and shop law

Right of withdrawal, packaging registration, price display rules, payment methods Germans expect. Shopify defaults are not enough.

  5. 05

    An EU representative

Companies without an EU entity need a representative under Art. 27 GDPR. Our legal partners provide one.

  6. 06

    E-invoicing and bookkeeping

Germany requires structured e-invoices for B2B since 2025. We connect your invoicing to German-compliant tools and archives.

  7. 07

    Accessibility

The European Accessibility Act applies to most digital services since June 2025. We build to it from the start, not as a retrofit.

The way in

Four steps, one partner.

Start with the audit. Everything after it is a decision you make with numbers on the table.

01

EU-Ready Audit

Ten days. We go through website, tracking, forms, hosting, mail, CRM, invoicing and AI use, and hand you a traffic-light report with a prioritised list. Fixed price, quoted in the call.

02

EU Launch

Your website or shop for the first European market, usually Germany: EU hosting, consent, cookieless analytics, legal texts and EU representative through our partners, CRM and bookkeeping connected, first landing pages for ads.

03

EU Automate

AI agents for your European operations: qualify German inquiries, draft offers and invoices, answer support in the local language, all inside Microsoft 365 or on our servers, under EU rules.

04

EU Care

We stay. Hosting, updates, legal texts kept current, monitoring, monthly reports and a contact in the European time zone. We work while you sleep.

Fixed-price audit, project quote within ten days of the audit. We do not publish prices, because no two market entries are alike.

Why Blacklynx

Built in the strictest market in Europe.

Hamburg, Germany. Eight years of building for German rules. That is the whole pitch.

German-built since 2017

We are not a compliance consultancy. We are the team that has built websites, shops and automations under the strictest rules in Europe for eight years.

Our own infrastructure

Servers in Germany, our own analytics, our own mail archive, our own AI agents. What we recommend to you, we run ourselves.

Implementation, not legal advice

We implement the technical and content requirements. For the legal part we bring partners: lawyers, data protection officers, EU representatives. One package, one contact.

Measured, not promised

Every launch comes with cookieless analytics and a monthly report. You see which channel brings inquiries and revenue in Europe.

Proof

Same setup, German customers first.

Our clients are German companies. Their setup is exactly what a US company needs to pass in Europe.

Dealership group, Germany

Websites, camper configurator and online shop for a Ford dealership group: 96 configurator inquiries in 30 days, cookieless analytics from day one, shop connected to the ERP.

Conference platforms

Two annual conference platforms with brochures, exhibitor pages, participant login and yearly content cycle, hosted and maintained by us.

Blacklynx itself

Our own operations run on the agents we sell: time tracking, invoicing, inbox triage and monthly analytics reports inside Microsoft 365.

All cases

What we do not do

Legal advice. We bring the partners for that.

Blacklynx implements the technical and content requirements of the German and EU market. Lawyers, external data protection officers and EU representatives are part of the package through partners we work with, billed through us, so you still have one contact.

Questions US companies ask

Straight answers.

Do we need a German entity to sell in Germany?

No. You need a legal notice, an EU representative if you have no EU establishment, compliant shop and privacy setup, and a way to invoice correctly. We implement all of that and bring the legal partners.

Does this cover the whole EU or only Germany?

GDPR and most digital rules apply across all 27 member states. Germany adds the strictest enforcement and a few extras (Impressum, packaging registration). We start with Germany because passing here means passing everywhere, then add markets as extensions.

Do you give legal advice?

No. We implement the technical and content requirements and bring lawyers, data protection officers and EU representatives into the package where the law requires them. You get one contact and one invoice.

How long does a launch take?

The audit takes ten days. A launch for the first market typically takes six to ten weeks, depending on translation and shop complexity. Automation runs in parallel or after.

Where is our data?

On our servers in Germany (Hetzner, ISO 27001) or inside Microsoft 365 with EU data residency. Analytics run cookieless on our own Matomo instance. Nothing is sent to US ad platforms unless you decide so, with consent.

Which languages?

German by native speakers first. Further EU languages through partner translators. Our AI agents answer in the language of the customer.
