Hosting in Germany
Our own servers at Hetzner, separated environments per client, automatic certificates, daily backups to a second data centre.
Email and GoBD archive
Mailboxes, forwarding, spam protection and a tamper-proof mail archive that keeps business email for seven years, as German law requires.
Updates and security
WordPress, plugins and shop systems update automatically. A file watcher reports foreign changes within minutes.
Monitoring and reports
Availability, certificates, storage and backups are checked hourly. A report arrives weekly, an alert immediately when something is wrong.
Legal texts kept current
Site notice, privacy policy and terms come through an API from eRecht24 and update themselves daily, with no one editing pages.
Analytics without data leaving the EU
Statistics on our own Matomo instance, cookieless, nothing sent to third parties. Monthly report with channels, inquiries and revenue.

From practice
Four client sites, one server, one watcher.
After a break-in at one client we built a file watcher that checks every installation every 15 minutes and reports changes. On top of that: weekly maintenance reports and a mail archive that meets German retention rules.

Where are the servers?
In Germany, at Hetzner, ISO 27001 certified. Separate environments per client, daily backups to storage in a second data centre.
Can you take over an existing site?
Yes. We audit technology, security and legal texts first, then migrate and take over operations, outside business hours.
What happens after an attack?
We restore from backup, close the gap and document the incident. Monitoring usually reports suspicious changes the same day.
Do we need a mail archive in Germany?
Business email falls under German retention rules (GoBD). Leaving it in the mailbox does not meet them. Our archive stores every message tamper-proof.
