Can you take over a workflow completely?
Yes. You hand over a workflow, for example quotes or incoming invoices. We set it up, connect it to your systems, run it and improve it. You see the result and approve where it matters.
Are we big enough for automation?
Yes. We work for a business with three people just as we do for a group of companies with several plants. Small teams in particular save a lot of time when recurring workflows run on their own.
How fast do we see results?
You see first results four weeks after the project starts. We build in stages you see and approve, and go live early instead of at the very end.
Do you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We do not replace your systems, we connect them: ERP and inventory such as JTL-Wawi, Xentral, weclapp, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Odoo, accounting in DATEV or lexoffice, a CRM like HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Pipedrive, and Microsoft 365. Nobody has to relearn.
What if we need something that is not listed here?
Ask us. What we do not cover ourselves, we bring in from our network, for example translation, legal advice or photography. You still get one contact.
What does a project cost?
That depends on what the system should do. After the intro call we give you a fixed price for the project and a fixed monthly fee for operations and maintenance. No hidden costs.
