    Analysis: process check and roadmap

    What happens
    We walk through your chain from first contact to repeat business, on site or remotely. Where the most time is lost, we measure where you stand today. So you can see later what has improved.

    You show us your workflows and the systems you work with. With the roadmap you decide whether we go on.

    Operations and improvement

    What happens
    After launch we run the workflows for you and monitor them. We measure again, compare with the baseline and keep improving. Once a workflow saves time you can prove, we take on the next one.

A project window with three stages. Each stage is built, then waits as a preview. You approve it, and only then is it marked as approved. Then the next stage begins. After the first stage the window shows first results after four weeks. Your team keeps working as usual.

How long does a project take?

What is the process check?

When do we decide whether to go on?

With the roadmap. It shows which steps we digitize first, in which stages, what it costs and what it saves. Then you decide.

What does working together cost?

The roadmap names a fixed price for the build. After launch you pay a fixed monthly fee for operations. No hidden costs.

Do we have to run the automation ourselves?

No. We take the workflow off your hands: we set it up, connect it to your systems, run it and keep improving it. You see the result and approve where it matters.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. We connect what you already use: inventory, ERP, accounting, Microsoft 365. Nobody has to relearn.

What if we do not like a stage?

Then it does not go live. You see every stage in a preview first. We sort out what is missing directly with you, and only then do you approve.

How much time does our team need?

Your team keeps working as usual during the build. We mostly need you in the intro call, in the process check and for approving the stages.

What happens after the first workflow?

We measure again and compare with the baseline. Once the workflow saves time you can prove, we take on the next one. That is how we digitize your chain step by step.
