No. What runs reliably on fixed rules we automate without AI. That is faster, cheaper and uses less computing power. We use AI where it brings real value, for example when emails or receipts have to be understood.

Only if you explicitly want that. By default the assistant prepares and your team approves, for emails, quotes, invoices and bookings. Every step is logged.

For new websites we recommend Astro: fast, future-proof and AI-ready, because AI assistants can read the content cleanly too. We work just as well with TYPO3, WordPress and Webflow, depending on what suits your team, and take over existing sites. When standard is not enough, we build custom.

Shopware 6, JTL-Shop, Shopify and WooCommerce, connected to your inventory system, for example JTL-Wawi, Xentral or weclapp. Which one fits depends on your range, your team and your inventory system.

Yes. For groups with several brands, companies or plants we build one shared presence with brand pages of their own, per domain and in several languages if needed. We still run the platform of a logistics group today.

We do. We keep WordPress, TYPO3, shop systems and their plugins up to date. Backups run daily in two data centers. A file monitor checks every 15 minutes and reports unexpected changes.

We check uptime, certificates and backups every hour. If something goes wrong, we contact you first, with cause and fix. In an emergency we restore from backup.

Yes. We first check technology, security and legal texts, then tell you what makes sense: take over, rebuild in part or start fresh. We move sites outside business hours.

Yes, we plan data protection from the start. Fonts and scripts are served from your own website instead of third parties, and we do not use US trackers. Your data stays in Germany or the EU, on servers in Germany or in your Microsoft 365.

No. Your data and your customers' data do not train third-party AI models. That applies to every workflow and every assistant we set up and run for you.

No. Every agent works with the permissions of the signed-in person and only sees what that person may see.

With GDPR data protection, a data processing agreement and clear rules: every agent sees only what it needs, a person approves, and when an agent talks to your customers, that is disclosed. We document purpose, data sources and oversight. This is our assessment, not legal advice.
