Questions about shops and web systems

What makes a web system different from a normal website?

A normal website informs. A web system works: it takes inquiries, creates quotes, writes invoices and passes data to your inventory system. The difference shows in hours saved, not in looks.

Does this work with our existing ERP or inventory system?

Yes. We do not replace your systems, we connect them. Your ERP or inventory system stays, whether JTL-Wawi, Xentral, weclapp, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Odoo. The same goes for CRM, accounting and Microsoft 365. Orders, inquiries and appointments from your shop, configurator or website flow there on their own.

Which systems do you build websites with?

For new websites we recommend Astro: fast, future-proof and AI-ready, because AI assistants can read the content cleanly too. We work just as well with TYPO3, WordPress and Webflow and take over existing sites. When standard systems are not enough, we build it ourselves, for example configurators, calculators and integrations.

Which shop system do you work with?

With Shopware 6, JTL-Shop, Shopify and WooCommerce. Which one fits depends on your range, your team and your inventory system. We tell you honestly what we recommend, and we also take over existing shops.

What happens after launch?

We stay. Updates, maintenance, new content and further development come from the same team that built your website or shop. You keep talking to the people who know your system.

Is the website GDPR compliant?

We build with as little data as possible: we serve fonts and scripts ourselves, no US trackers run, and form data stays in Germany or the EU.
